Hi All!

January has been a pretty eventful month: bathroom renovation for wheelchair, I quit working, I started the ALS Clinic at U.C. Davis. I couldn’t have done this without the love and support of my husband, Brian.

If you want to really help me please find time in each week to text or call Brian (916-580-8601) and talk to him. ASK him how he is doing. It is really hard being a caregiver. He needs to be able to express how he is feeling as we go through this. The progression of my decline has been rapid and that has taken an emotional toll on him. For context, this time last year I was driving, cooking, working out on a treadmill and doing pilates. Today, I need assistance turning over in bed and must have all my meals preparded for me. So, this has been a lot to see his wife endure in the first year of marriage.❤️❤️❤️
