Very thankful for Fathers
Very thankful for Fathers
It has been a week since Father’s Day passed and I didn’t get a chance to make this post. I want to take this opportunity to thank all the men who are fathers and who are acting as fathers for the fatherless. It means a lot to have that male presence in a young person’s life. I especially want to thank my husband Brian who helps me with Kyle my son, and I want to thank all the men who are giving of themselves to make sure that someone else’s child is being raised properly even if it’s not their own. It means a lot. The picture below is of me with my father, Arthur, and my mother, Larcia, at my book signing in Atlanta Georgia, in 1997. It was a very special time in my life and I’m grateful that my father was present to attend.
